However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a return or replacement in accordance with the terms below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns in the following case:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Products that are not damaged or defective

Items returned after 10 days from delivery

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other reasons, returns are not accepted.
